Adam serves as Principal and Director of Not-for-Profit Services at Rea. With over 14 years of experience, he specializes in assurance, financial reporting, and single audits, with deep expertise in GAAP and OMB Uniform Guidance. A magna cum laude graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Master’s from Case Western Reserve University, Adam is actively involved in multiple professional organizations and serves on several boards, including the Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance. Based in Avon, he’s known for his client-focused approach, taking time to understand organizations’ missions and operations. When not serving clients, Adam enjoys Cleveland Guardians games with his family.
