Inside The Mind Of...

What does “A Brighter Way” mean to you? It means articulating what the goal is and then working together as a team to meet it. As part of this, it often means developing our team, improving our processes and being willing to try different approaches to execute our plan.

Why do you choose to work at Rea? This is my second time around, so I came back because of the culture and growth opportunity. I also love seeing people and businesses grow and this is a great place to be a part of that process both inside and outside the organization

Describe your work style. I have a "get it done" attitude. I fully embrace the work smarter, not harder mentality, but when needed I'm not afraid of some good old-fashioned elbow grease.

What “bright idea” do you find yourself sharing over and over? Let's step back and make sure we know what the goal is and then determine what we actually need to do to get there.

Just For Fun:

What did 10-year-old you want to be when you grew up? A medical doctor

What makes you get out of bed every day? I love challenges, so I usually look at what I get to do that day and whether it's work or home, there's something new I want to figure out.

What was your first job? Office manager with a company that sold long-distance phone service

I'm direct and approachable with a focus on strategy, efficiency and leadership development.
