How he's helped clients meet their business needs:
A client owned multiple related entities and the burden of operating each entity was getting cumbersome, Jeremy worked with the client to structure a tax-free consolidation of entities that eliminated some of the administrative and compliance burdens.
A client who wanted to exit their business in five years, so in order to maximize the value upon exit, Jeremy helped to put in place an HR team, restructured the leadership team, created a new marketing relationship and developed growth strategies that allowed them to hit their five-year revenue target in three years while increasing profitability and cash flow.

What does “A Brighter Way” mean to you? A lot of people pride themselves on being good. "A Brighter Way" is moving from good to great. This requires us to take a comprehensive approach to servicing our clients to help them meet their business and personal goals.
What’s your favorite aspect of your job? Getting calls from clients to discuss non-"accounting" matters like asking for my thoughts on their next talent acquisition or another market they're considering entering into. It demonstrates the confidence they have within our advice.
Describe your work style. Hands-on, I avoid couch coaching and prefer to be actively involved with my clients and team members.
