A summa cum laude graduate from University of Mount Union and Ohio Northern University, she’s earned prestigious recognitions including the Twenty Under 40 award and multiple academic honors. Before joining Rea in 2023, Kaitlyn enjoyed a unique career as a professional singer. Today, she leverages her leadership experience and process improvement skills to enhance tax function efficiency and professional development. She remains active in AICPA, OSCPA, and ACFE, while balancing family time and occasional performance opportunities.
