Kyle is the Practice Leader of Advisory & Consulting at Rea, with expertise in manufacturing and construction. A certified CPA, MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has been with the firm since 2002. Kyle graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and earned an MBA from Ashland University. Known for his direct communication and willingness to tackle challenging conversations, he was previously recognized as a Top 20 Young Professional by the Tuscarawas County Chamber. Kyle is an active member of AICPA and OSCPA.

What do clients enjoy about working with you?

I don’t have a problem telling the truth whether they want to hear it or not. I also don’t shy away from the difficult conversations.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

Raise up Leaders - Without developing the future leaders we will have clients but no one to effectively service them. The firm will not make it another 80+ years without dynamic leaders.
