- She earned her Master's of Taxation from The University of Akron and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Baldwin-Wallace College.
- Before joining Rea, she was the Co-Tax Practice Leader of Northeast Ohio at CBIZ.
- Melissa has been in the accounting industry for over 15 years.
