- At Rea, Steve is responsible for the overall strategy and leadership within IT. He continues to help develop a roadmap that will securely provide a foundation on which Rea can continue to grow and excel.

- He has owned and operated a software development / IT consulting firm, called Squarepeg Concepts, for 20 years.
- Earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
- Prior to joining Rea, he worked as the CIO for NOMS Healthcare, one of the largest multi-specialty ambulatory provider groups in the country.
When he's not in the office, you can find him:
- Spending time with his family, including his 4 daughters
- Watching Cleveland Sports
- Working out

- He is the Director of the BGSU Rugby Alumni Association

Which means we are able to efficiently and expertly service our clients at the highest level of excellence using the most efficient technology available.
- What do you consider is your “brightest” quality? Being able to clearly explain to any level of professional how they can benefit from even the most complex IT strategies.

- What's your favorite aspect of your job? Implementing an application or process that makes someone's job easier and less stressful.

As a leader, I put a lot of focus on communication, accountability, and trust with my team. I pride myself in being a great example of those traits, as well.
