Spotlight Awards | Rea CPA

The Spotlight Awards honors Rea team members who go above and beyond the call of duty every day and we are proud to have so many deserving men and women on our team.

Every year, team members are nominated for the following awards:

The Richard Rea Award for Client Service: In honor of our founder, Richard Rea, this award is given to the employee who has gone above and beyond in the name of client service.

The Chet Stocker Award for Service to the Profession: In honor of Chet Stocker, a former managing partner of Rea, this award is given to the employee who has demonstrated their commitment to advancing the accounting profession.

The Marcia Stutzman Award for Community Service: In honor of the late principal Marcia Stutzman, This award is given to the employee who has dedicated his or her time to serving others and making a difference in the community.

The Rea Way Award:  In honor of the Rea Family, this award is presented to the employee who has demonstrated their commitment to living The Rea Way every day.

The Tim McDaniel Award for Innovation: In honor of our forward-thinking colleague and dear friend, late principal Tim McDaniel, who passed away in 2020 after a courageous battle with ALS.

Nominations for these awards are accepted until early September and winners are announced during the firm’s annual team retreat in the fall.
